Linking a .Net Dll that uses .net framework in VS6

Is there a problem linking a .net C++ dll that relies on .net framework with
an application that is developed and compiled in VS6 C?

You can not generate managed code using VC6. You can, however, expose COM
interfaces from your managed code and use the interfaces in VC6.
