does FilesystemWatcher use DDE ??

I wanted to know does FilesystemWatcher use DDE anyhow? Some of our
applications which are using FileSystemWatcher component are
'blocking' other applications.

Kindly help.

Thanks

FSW itself doesn't use DDE. It is possible that your applications that use
it are using DDE for other purposes, however.
