Windows Vista Home Premium + Zone Alarm Security Suite - BIG PROBL

I have a big problem - can anyone help a distressed woman here?

I installed Zone Alarm Security Suite and then after a while I didn't like
the software so I removed it properly, but then discovered my wireless become
limited access.

I found out that I have two firewalls and have tried everything to remove
Zone Alarm completely from the Windows Vista Security system but it is still
stuck there and this is causing problems of being unable to log online
wirelessly.

I've been so stuck with this problem since Sunday and has tried unblocking
all the wireless settings but nothing works and my wireless still says
"Connected with Limited Access"

How do I get rid of this stinking problem as I am extremely getting very
stressed and having to make numerous phone calls and getting nothing to
achieve it.

I will stick to Windows Firewall (main one) not Zone alarm ever again.

Can anyone here help me? HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!

Sam,

Maybe somebody in one of the security newsgroup or somebody in a vista
newsgroup, it is possible that somebody knows this in this programming
newsgroup, however than you can ask this probably as well in a Sims
newsgroup or any other newsgroup.
