Read XML from a constant data stream

I have an IP for a page that is constantly outputting XML data pertaining to
our phone system. I am using C# with ASP.NET, and I need to just get the
first XML structure, which starts with

~!ACDXML <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?>
<ACD Name = "Box Office" Status = "Open">

and ends with </ACD>

then it repeats again.

Here is one attempt I have tried so far:

HttpWebRequest req = (HttpWebRequest)WebRequest.Create("http://192.168.55.9:1024");
HttpWebResponse resp = (HttpWebResponse)req.GetResponse();


At the GetResponse I receive the following error:

The underlying connection was closed: The message length limit was exceeded.

I tried to implement the AddRange method as well, but received the same error.
