Nee help reading files in folders

Here is my code. If the file doesn't exist I am simply running an .exe from a
givin location. The problem is that the sRemoteFile is hard coded. How can
I programmatically return the most recently created BuildFolder from the
shared drive

Private Sub Button1_Click(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As
System.EventArgs) Handles Button1.Click

Dim sSetUpLocationAndFile As String
Dim sRemoteFile As String

sSetUpLocationAndFile = "C:\Program Files\..."
sRemoteFile = "\\Share\BulidFolder\Setup.exe"

If Not System.IO.File.Exists(sSetUpLocationAndFile) Then

System.Diagnostics.Process.Start(sRemoteFile, sRunAs.ToLower())
System.Windows.Forms.Application.DoEvents()
System.Threading.Thread.Sleep(1500)
Me.Close()
Exit Sub
End If
