How to get a C# Application's main icon at run-time?

2
How can I get "this" application's icon (the one that shows in Windows Explorer for my EXE) at run-time? I am working with Windows Forms and .NET 2.0 and I want to make a "generic" about dialog that will show the standard icon image. I have found one reference on the Web that uses ExtractIconEx from Shell32, but that seems strange to have to use a DllImport thingy for something that seems very basic to me (I can't think of a single app I ever wrote in C++ that didn't have an "About" dialog). I can get my app's name from Assembly.GetExecutingAssembly.GetName().Name but there is nothing for the icon?
