merging forms into one.

hi, i've got a problem.

i'm currently creating a program for kids using VS2005 C# windows form which consist of a 4 modules and each module has 4 submodules.

this however has resulted in a problem of too many forms which may lead to inconsistency. i only want to create one main form with my modules and submodules in it. this is due to the fact that all my menu buttons are similar. how do i go about it. since all my submodules are flash embedded, is it possible to create only one form?

when i mean 1 form, i refer to those like in web pages. where only the sub container changes. the others stay.

if yes, could you teach me how?

thanks a truck load.
