session get expire after 2 or 3 database hit???

how can i increase session time out to atleast 45 minute for admin panel

session get expire after 2 or 3 database hit

Session["login"] = txtUserId.Text;
Session.Timeout = 4500;

these lines are not working

I thought that 4500 was in ms which would equal 75 min - but I digress. Here is an article that may help:
Prevent Session Timeout in ASP.NET

Personally, I would question the necessity of having a +45min timeout. Your timeout can also be affected by other application settings, eg web.config or global.ascx. HTH.
