Backdoor:Win32.poison.gen!

Please help someone!!! Microsoft One Care has found this Trojan on my system
Backdoor:Win32.poison.gen! and it has affected the control.exe MSDOS file. I
can't delete it and none of my virus programs (I have three) or Microsoft can
fix it. What do I do? It is really messing up my computer and I get the blue
screen of death almost every time I try to work on it for just awhile. Can
someone help me please!!!

downloading a DOS disk and running fdisk would be my option ...

but that would also require reinstalling Windows. Google and see if there is
a Win32.poison.gen remover on the net. Best to download to another machine
and burn to a CD to run it.

This is not the best group to ask this question, if you want a variety of
answers. I would try the windows group.

Are these commersial products that you pay for? In that case you should
ask them when their program will be able to remove the virus.
or Microsoft can
fix it. What do I do? It is really messing up my computer and I get the blue
