pay-per-view

Hello,

We are designing a web application (with .NET technologies) where we have to
implement pay-per-view content functionality. It could be pay-per-page,
pay-per-section or pay-per-time. I would really appreciate if anyone can give
us some pointers as to how to best go about designing and implementing this.
If you have any really good 3rd party software that we can utilize, please
let me know.

Again, I appreciate your help with this in advance.

Thanks,
