Upgrade MS Windows Server 2003 Enterprise to R2

I have a file server running Windows Server 2003 Enterprise and I want to
upgrade to Windows Server 2003 Enterprise to take advance of the File Server
Resource Manager option. This server in a cluster, and I want to confirm if
it is possible to upgrade the server to R2 without installing from scratch
and loose all the files, permissions, cluster settings I already have.
thanks

You're in the wrong place, my friend. Try one of the
microsoft.public.windows.server.* newsgroups.
