Not being able to send e-mail from Outlook 2003

i just loaded outlook 2003 on my computer and every time i send an e-mail
it's returned with an error "not allowed". does anyone know how to fix this
problem? i can send an e-mail to myself w/o getting this error, but always

April,

I don't know the answer, however that it is a dotNet problem has a very low
change, probably you can try this the best in a Outlook newsgroup.

Hello, April. Try this:

As Cor has told you, it would be better to ask in a group for Outlook,
rather than in this .NET programming group.
To find the group you need:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities...D-2224A4FEB3EA

Then open your language in the TreeView on the left, scroll down to
"Office and Desktop Applications", open and scroll down to "Outlook" and
select a
group from that category.
