Redirect or Rewrite

In the transition of a website from one domain to the other I would
like to "rewrite" http://www.myoldsite.com/dir1/conten...aspx?p1=1&p2=2
into http://www.mynewsite.com/dir1/conten...aspx?p1=1&p2=2
Can it be done with Rewrite methods of HTTPContext class or it has to
be done with Response.Redirect? If it can be done with Rewrite, can
someone show me simple code?
Thanks
