C++ Error / VS2003

Hey guys im not sure this is in the right area, but i keep getting errors, im a GM on a online game and i keep getting this :
CustomScripts error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol "__declspec(dllimport) void __cdecl HandleShutdown(class Socket *,unsigned int)" (__imp_?HandleShutdown@@YAXPAVSocket@@I@Z)

I get multiple errors compiling lately...

Anyone know how to fix this.. i assume its a linking problem.

basscally this over and over... its only recently started happening in VS2003.
