sending xml data of mb's like 9,8 mb on my remote server

salam to all

i want to send data on my remote server in the form of xml,my currently process is that i am using a web services on my server and i m calling a method of sendData through client when server receive the request first of all it write the xml on server then save the data into the database.This process is fine in interal network thorough internet but when i am send data using dailup connection or dsl connection client does not find web services and a error come arise Request time out.what is ths solution how i send data on my server using dailup or dsl.

Dial up will be slow for any method. Can you use a db?

Set the Timeout Property of webservice to -1

ws.Timeout=-1;

Then call the webmethod.

i m using sql server 2000, i am repeating once again that when i am sending data with dailup or dsl client nerver find web sercice and error raised "The server has timeout" even web reference is up to date.
