C#/ASP.Net deployment project problem

[goal2007]

I built a project in (ASP.NET/C#).net (four layers presentation,business, web service, and database layer.) in my local machine. Then I used the “Web Set UP” Project in VS2005 to deploy the project to another server.
I have two issues:
1- each time I try to access an aspx page by typing the url I get this error which is located in my web service.(the url contains the server name not localhost)
Example: IPserver/Websetup/page1.aspx

the error is:
The request failed with HTTP status 404: Not Found.

2- I have a popup screen that is triggered by a button clicked on the page1.aspx. each time I hit this button I get the following error

The request failed with HTTP status 404: not found

The path I have is (serverIP/websetup/mypopupscreen.aspx.

I am really stuck can you help me please
