WebService Application_Start

Hi,

I have a webservice application which was developed in vs2003. After I
rewrite it in vs2005, the Application_Start behaves differently. The
Application_Start keeps getting triggered when one of the WebMethod is
called.
I have exception handlings in this webmethod, but I don't see any error.
Is there a way to debug to see why Application_Start gets triggered? Could
we catch this unknown error in 2.0 webservice like asp.net Application_Error?

Thanks.
