How to marshal struct Array Pointer ( MYSTRUCT **)

1
I need to use a 'C' Dll with the following function:

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. int DoSomthing(char * p_intput, MYSTRUCT** p_output)
My C# defining is:
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1.         [DllImport(@"c:\C.dll")]
  2.         private static unsafe extern int DoSomthing (IntPtr p_intput, IntPtr p_outpout);
How can I marshal a "MYSTRUCT**"?
