What you mean by
Microsoft .NET Framework SDK v2.0 ?
And Also explain what the use of it?

These are questions more suited to a wiki search. We're more about aiding the programmer with specific coding issues.
But, an SDK is a Software Development Kit, usually a package of libraries and function class designed in the same theme or architecture.

For instance I have a compulab ARM SDK, that I use for creating programs specifically for a certain microcomputer.

.NET2.0 is the 2nd version of Microsoft's wrapper libraries for windows functions.
It is managed code.
