Microsoft.mshtml Error

Dear,
when trying to publish a web service to the server the following error occurs, knowing that it is running normal on the local machine.
Please help.


Server Error in '/IVRLAF' Application.
Configuration Error

Parser Error Message: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.mshtml, Version=7.0.3300.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
