Confused debug problems

Hi All,
There are two web applications in my solution and web application A is set as start project. Before I get into web application B,I set a breake point in web application B.When click the menu in application A to get into B,It should stop at the break point, but it does not at all.Actually I debug web application B separately and set it as start project,it works well.Anyone can tell me what should I do?

Thanks.

Kevin
