Header Files Dependencies Ignored in Command Line Compilation

vc6
I am using Visual C++ 2005 Express Edition.

Inside the IDE, when modifying a header file (aka "include" or ".h")
the change is recognized by the builder such that it will recompile
that file (only).

However, on the command line, using:

vcbuild /useenv myproject.sln 'DLL Unicode Release|Win32'

it will report the project as "up-to-date" and will not compile the
modified header file.

This is particulary strange since this problem does not occur
with .cpp files.

Any idea what could be wrong in my environment?

Or is it a known bug of Visual C++ 2005 (aka MSVC 8) ?

Thanks,
Victor
