Implementation of Online Banking application Using VB.NET

Hi there,
I am new in this site and also new in VB.NET.I want to create application which can be used in online bankin.My programme will have three tables of Data Base which is Security,Account Table and Transaction Table.So how do i start creating this Application.The customer must use MDI to view Account and transaction.So please i need your help on how to make this work.
