Old Problem, Dynamic User Control (VB.NET)

2
I've seen the problem here and other places before but I didn't find a straight answer so I'll ask: I'd like to create dynamic user controls (text-boxes, drop-down menus, numeric-lists, etc.) on a button click. I understand that you can't make an array using the "New ..." declaration, but I don't want to declare 50 different controls. Any ideas?
