C# APP - ASP.NET CheckBoxList problem

I have a CheckBoxList with three ListItems. When a user selects or unselects any ListItem (box) a method is called. In this method I want to determine which box has been selected or unselected. I do not need to know that a box is selected, just whether its select status has changed.

The object sent to the method is the CheckBoxList. I have tried to use that to determine which box to no avail.

Any help would be great.

Thanks,
Ingrid
