Cannot show already open form (C#2005)

Hi, i'm using visual C# 2005. I've got two forms, frmMain and frmCalendar. At the minute i am opening frmCalendar which ive created in the visual studio like this,

frmCalendar fmCalendar = new frmCalendar();
fmCalendar.Show(this);
 
this.Hide();

I then on frmCalendar want an option to go back to frmMain. frmCalendar can be disposed of, I dont need anything on the form, but I cant seem to get back to the origional form without creating another instance, which obviouslly is no use.

Any help would be great. Thanks.
