Return data for GetConsoleScreenBufferInfo and dwMaximumWindowSize

I am having a problem on the returned data for GetConsoleScreenBufferInfo. It
seems the value of the row and column coordinates X and Y are returning the
same value of 80 when my app is 80x25: this only happens with the values
returned in maximumwindowsize; the values returned in dwSize are the correct
screen buffer size. Has anyone else encountered this, and is this a bug?

CONSOLE_SCREEN_BUFFER_INFO csbiInfo;
HANDLE hStdout,hStdin,hStdsv,hStderr;
hStdin = GetStdHandle(STD_INPUT_HANDLE);
hStdsv = GetStdHandle(STD_OUTPUT_HANDLE);
hStdout = GetStdHandle(STD_OUTPUT_HANDLE);
hStderr = GetStdHandle(STD_ERROR_HANDLE);

GetConsoleScreenBufferInfo(hStdout, &csbiInfo);
LINES = csbiInfo.dwMaximumWindowSize.Y;
COLS = csbiInfo.dwMaximumWindowSize.X;
