VB.Net newbie accumulating seconds into hours minutes and seconds

I need help with code that would allow input in seconds (as many time as you would like) and would keep a running total of the output in the form of Hours:Minutes:Seconds as well as subtracting from the total accumulated time if desired, with a maximum accumulated time of 999Hours:59Minutes:59Seconds. Any help would be much appreciated.

Heya, Bert.

I'm going to go ahead and move this thread to the .NET forum, where one of our resident Experts will be more likely to see it.
