Help required on String Concatination

Hi all,I need to have a querystring as bellow

I have formed the sting as
string strRpt = "<script language=JavaScript>window.open('http://sampleProj/report1.asp?'+Param1=Net'+'&Param2=Pending'+'&From Date="+txtFromDate.Text.ToString()+"'+'&ToDate="+t xtToDate.Text.ToString()+"'+'&Name="+txtName.Text. while executing the code I not getting the desired result as I mentioned..
