Deploying application - start menu choices

Hi

I have built my application but some of my users want to run the application
from a usb stick and not have the link in their start menu.

If I deploy with oneclick, or wise installer, or the setup deployment
project, how can I get the installer to ask the user if they want a shortcut
on their program menu?

For ClickOnce, you have no choice. It must be run off of the Start/Programs
menu. The only alternative is you can copy the shortcut and put it on the
desktop.
