How to deserialize an object using asp.net application

Dear All,

I am working with Integration of .net application with thirdparty applications where in which i am using web services. Here i want to serialize the object at one end and deserialize it at the other end. Can any one give me an effective example on this.

Its not able to give exact answer with this info. Can you explain your requirement in more detail ?
