using and locating P3Admin.dll

hi!

can anyone out there tell me where to locate P3Admin.dll? i've been searching the Web for the file (free download) but cant found anything...

i have searched my computer for the file but didnt find any..

where can i get this file, hopefully i will download the file for free...: )

also, how can i use it in my vb.net project?? i have already the code but cant use it bcuz of that P3Admin.dll which i think i should have a reference of it in my proj...

I have no idea what P3Admin.dll is used for.
Could you please explain what it is you're trying to do?

I have a feeling that you are going to have to buy the SDK kit that lets you have access/use this DLL.

i think i will have to create mailboxes for my users thru the webserver POP3...
