Combobox problem...

Hii All,

i have a form, where when i select combobox(category), project combobox, and click on insert,
if already the same is present in the database then i should pop a message saying Already given select other category and project...

For this when im trying to write in: IsValidForm()

do i need to write the sql query that is select the category_id and the project id???
or someother..

plz some one help...its really urgent

for manager ,category_id=1

tbl_staff_assignments.sta_category_id_fk = 1

then pr_project_id_pk= ??? wat shd i give??

i have abt 53 projects...

Gimme Some sample code so tht i can write it...
