App Config Generator

Sakalicek
Hello all,

I have thought to create some application which could manage application configs or web configs.
It should read some XML configuration and display it in some datagrid.
For users it would be easier to manage configs.
Users could also add some records into application configs.
It should be somethink like in Visual Studio if you there display App.Config in Data Grid.

Could someone tell me how to do it or give me an advice or some link how to learn it?

Thanks a lot, Zdenek.
