trying to configure the application root for this Web.Web projects may
not operate correctly without an application root.The return message

perform the operation.You can manually configure the application root
using the Internet Services Manager

Hi,

Please open Web.config.In this file Look for the entry.
<compilation defaultLanguage="vb" debug="false" />

Make debug ="true" in order make debug work.

Also check for Asp_Net user's Access Rights.Try to put under Administrators.
