Speaker Echo?

My speakers on my computer echo. I have XP Pro and other than a few silly
programs from cnet and windows update my pc is stock. The speakers are built
into the monitor and one day, any and all sound that came from them(or any
other speaker I plugged in) echos. I cant find any setting that helps the
problem. Someone help me, this is driving me nuts.

Hello,

You do not tell a lot about what you tried, not what dotnet language you
would prefer to program that.

Does this help ? It is the first answer to the search "speaker" in MSDN
online.
