WebBrowser control's flat scrollbars

Logan1337
This is not a serious issue, but I'm just wondering if anyone knows why the WebBrowser control's scrollbars look different from every other scrollbar, at least under Windows Classic look, which I prefer myself. I mean, even IE7 has normal scroll bars.

Is there a fix? Just curious, it kinda bugs me.

I know it does answer your question, but I thought you may be interested in coloring your scrollbar using CSS:
