how to give license asp.net application

hi experts,
i did project(in asp.net,vs2005) for my company. now we want to sell it.
for that we want to give trail version first.
how it is possible? i want the project run only for particular period.
and also i want to hide the cs(code) file(convert to dll)
plz help me if u people know it!
