Share VB.NET Windows application through local network

i have to place exe in the server and it should be
accessed from client machines
now resourse not available error is comming

its a windows application........how do you expect to have access of this application which is in server from client machine??
I dont understand.....
you may have a cetralized database?? like sql-server....
you have to install the application separately to every client.
put your database to the server...your application will access that server database.....
