Signal Process in Windows

Hello

I want to send a signal to another process so that it reloads its configuration files. In Linux I would execute the command `kill -HUP 1234`

How can I do this
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. Mono.Unix.UnixProcess.Signal(Signum.SIGHUP)
in C# in Windows?
