lucallbackproxy corrupt disk?

Hello,
I have been getting lucallbackproxy.exe messages that say my disc is corrupt
and to run a checkdsk on the local hard drive. I do this and restart the pc
and it is fine then for a few weeks. I have had to do this operation a lot.

Any ideas as to how this might have started? System does not seem to be
infected with any spyware.

I am running windows server 2003 sp2 on this server.

Thank you.
