Emulating Up/Down In ListView Control

I want to emulate the behavior of the builder dialog. For example, if you
have a listview control and you go to the columns property and add several
columns, to the right on the "members" dialog, there are up and down buttons
that resequence the items in the members dialog. That's what I want to be
able to do. Does anyone have an example of how to do that?

Thanks in advance.
