Ever since the "update" for Outlook 2003 DST earlier this year, ALL incoming
emails show 1 hour ahead of the time that it actually is. My time zone is
correct and DST is checked. I have tried modifying the TZ and it does not
make any difference. I have tried using different POP3 servers and it does
not make any difference. It doesn't appear to be the SMTP server because it
is not affecting all users. Some people that I send mail to show that they
are 1 hr later than they really are sent as well.
I've searched the MS KB and newsgroups and have not been able to find a
solution.
