Windows Mobile 5.0 WLAN Communication with PDA

I have the following problem:
I want to set up an ad-hoc network between several PDAs. I did set it up
with Windows Sockets, but the when a new PDA arrives in the network it takes
quite some time to set up the connection. The PDAs send only broadcast and
receive only broadcasted messages. Is there a configuration of the sockets
that basically speeds up / avoids this setting up of a connection and allows
the PDA to immediately receive / send messages?
