How to make bin folder

Hello Friends............

VB.Net 2003 - Main Solution has 5 projects.

1,2,3 projects are can add the dll one inside to another for these 1,2,3 projects.
Now add 4th project, but I can’t get the bin folder in the 4 th project. What is the reason?
I want to add 4th project in the 1st project reference.

When I want to add the 4 th project in to the 1 st project the following error came.
ERROR DET:A reference to "ProjectPath" could not be added. An assembly must have a 'dll' extension in order to be referenced.

I can understood this error. The reason is 4th project doesn’t have the dll? Why?
How to make the bin folder? I think its automatically came. But …some error.
I can’t identify that error. I had done also the Build and the refresh to Project. Still I can’t get!!!!!

How to I make this?

Thanks in Advance.

Hi Kennyscripts, welcome to TDSN.
Please refrain from posting in the .NET Articles section as it is reserved for articles and is not meant for questions. Instead post your questions in the .NET Forum (hover over the Forums section in the blue menu along the top and click on .NET). Thanks!

Are you using Visual Studio 2005 to develop your project?
Have you tried simply right clicking on the project name in your solution menu and clicking "Add reference" then browsing to the dll you'd like to add?
