.NET 1.1 errors

Hi I have a application that keeps crashing on me here are one of the logs any have any idea how to stop this from happening

You're error is because you (or rather, your program) do not have permission to write to that folder.

Some fixes:

1) Use a try / catch loop on all streams

2) Request permission before you write to some random folder on the C: drive

3) It is bad coding practice to write to some random folder on the C: drive, write to the user's folder instead. If something really needs to be globally written, refer to number 2. Also, keep your apps in the program files folder as well.
**NOTE** if it is a simple setting that is being globally changed, perhaps you should use a registry key

If you are not a programmer, then getting a hold of the developer who built this application would probably be the best idea since any "steps" to fixing that will most likely (definitely) involve programming.
