Convert an InfoPath 2007 form into a Word 2007 document

Hi,
We are developing resume section on our intranet site where all employees resumes will be stored in sharepoint document library in one master format.
As we work with different clients, clients have their own resume formats.
The functionality what we are looking is as follows:
1. Select the number of resumes from the document library.
2. Select the resume template in which the output is desired.
3. Select "Generate" button.
The output desired here is to collect the information from master resume format stored in sharepoint document library ,fill this info in selected template and create word file for the same format.

Need help..
Thanks,
Manisha
