You could pass the values of the text boxes using QueryStrings.

you would need a code block like this for each QueryString variable passed in the url.
Another option is to store the data in Session variables. You could then reference the Session variable as the Text property of your text boxes.
Session["User"] = DataGrid1.Item[i].Cells[0].Text;
i in this case will be the row that is selected by the user.
You would then set the text box on the next page equal to the value of the Session variable.

Using the QueryStrings will probably be the easiest solution because you may run into some errors using Session variables. Just be sure you check to see if each QueryString variable is != to null before you try to assign the value of the QueryString variable to a new variable.
