Welcome to TSDN. What platform are you using? What is the word's location - in a label, a db etc?

You want to replace a percent sign with a bold percent sign?
I know strings have a .Replace() function but not sure how you would want to go about doing that?
Unless it's in a webpage in which case you would do like:
.Replace("%","<b>%</b>");

What if this isn't a web application?
Then you would need a RichTextBox, and would need to play with the RTF tags, unsure how they all work. That was what I was playing with before I went on vacation
