Menu in different format

107 100+
I want to use the menu as below format.....

Item1 | Item2 | Item3 | Item4 | Item5 | Item6 | tem7 | Item8
| Item9 | Item10

On Onmouseover event the menu will be listed below as in general case of menu.
Is it possible in asp.net & Vb.net?

Actually i m using menu, and my requirment is ......I have to make a dynamic menu.
there is screen to enter the global link and primary link in admin....tht should be reflect in the homepage.Thats not the prob...i have done the coding but i have to show the menu in the format as i have given earlier.
When the mouse is over the one item(Global link) of the menu then the other links(Primary Link) of that globallnk should be visible .
The main prob is how to figure out the format...

Yes ,but not in single line......multiple line
like
Item1|Item2|Item3|Item4|item5|
Item6|Item7|Item8

And also the primary links will be shown under each global links
